Export Sales Executive

Job description
  • Manage the existing accounts and expand new customers;
  • Present and introduce company products to customer in professional way to new customers as well as existing customers to develop new business;
  • Negotiate and sign contract with customers;
  • Follow orders and production from the contract to shipment and payment and shipping document;
  • Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with customers. Manage and update information about customers;
  • Solve problem with customers if any;
  • Visit existing customers and potential customers to enhance the relationships and increase sales;
  • Attend exhibition, trade show and other marketing activities to enhance company image in the market;
  • Sales forecast and report monthly/quarterly/annually;
  • Market survey report and analysis to support sales performance;
  • Familiar with sales target working environment;
  • Other assignment from the management.
  • University graduated in economics field, preferably in foreign trade or international business;
  • Solid knowledge of international business (shipping, incoterms, international payment, international law,…);
  • At least 03 years in export sales with experience in seafood, food or agricultural products export to Europe and Japan market;
  • Confident, good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and within a team;
  • Good presentation skill;
  • Ability working under high pressure and finish assignment in time frame;
  • Excellent in English skills and Japanese ( Level N3 ) is a plus;
    Willing to travel frequently, domestic and abroad;
  • Experience with ERP SAP system is a plus.
