GENERAL INFORMATION

 

Latin name: Paphia undulata

In Vietnam, yellow clam distributes abundantly in coastal areas from the Centre to the South, from the sublittoral to the shallow sea area having sandy and muddy bottom. They concentrate mainly in Binh Thuan province.

 

Season: from August to March
